Bill has served Anne Arundel County full time for 25 years! His local knowledge of waterfront building restrictions, permits, flood zones, land use and other issues helps his clients make the right decisions more efficiently.

 Amelia Whitman, Licensed Assistant & Business Development Manager

A recent graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Amelia has returned to join her father's real estate business. First earning her Maryland real estate license at the age of 18, she's not as new to Annapolis & Anne Arundel real estate as her youth might suggest.

She brings a freshness to the team. Adding to the strong expert knowledge and customer service business Bill has created, while bringing a knack for tech savy solutions to better serve clients. She's worked on increasing internet marketing presence online for sellers and for buyers the most efficient and reliable means to manage and search for homes online.

In college, Amelia rowed for the Johns Hopkins Women's Varsity Crew Team. She still rows recreationally but as an advid sailor, now any Wednesday evening, spring, summer, or fall, you'll find her down on the West River participating in the Pirates Cove Race Club's Wednesday night races.
